Robert R. Watson, Jr., Esq., a Shareholder in the firm’s Construction Law practice group, is a featured presenter at the ABC Eastern PA Chapter’s “Disrupt Construction” Lehigh Valley event on July 15, 2026 in Allentown. In this inaugural event format for the Chapter, Mr. Watson will lead a discussion regarding key deadlines contractors and subcontracts must meet in order to properly preserve payment claims on PA construction projects. Education is key for businesses in the construction industry, and Mr. Watson strives to keep his clients up to date on the latest and most successful ways to preserve the right to timely payment. He is sharing some key insights with Chapter members in this fast-paced breakfast seminar.
