Robert R. Watson, Jr. to Serve Montgomery Bar Association Again in 2020

Robert R. Watson, Jr., a Shareholder in the firm’s Construction Law practice group and member of the firm’s management committee, was recently appointed to the Judiciary Committee at the Montgomery Bar Association.

Mr. Watson joins Eastburn and Gray colleague, Mark S. Cappuccio, Esq. as a member of the committee. Mr. Cappuccio’s term expires in January 2022.

Mr. Watson has nearly 20 years of experience representing clients in all aspects of the construction industry. In 2016, he was selected to work with Pennsylvania officials to launch the Pennsylvania State Construction Notices Directory website, which provides some additional protections under the Mechanics’ Lien Law. Mr. Watson has served in various leadership positions at the Montgomery Bar Association for nearly 15 years.

The Judiciary Committee of the Montgomery Bar Association is charged with interviewing and rating candidates for the position of judge on the Court of Common Pleas. The Judiciary Committee is composed of lawyers of diverse background, ages, practices and geographic areas of Montgomery County.
