Three Eastburn and Gray Attorneys to Speak at 17th Annual Real Estate Institute
Three Eastburn and Gray attorneys will serve as faculty members at PBI’s 17th Annual Real Estate Institute on Friday, December 6th at the Pennsylvania Convention Center in Philadelphia.
Kellie A. McGowan, Esquire and Michael J. Savona, Esquire will present a seminar entitled “Fundamentals of Easements in Pennsylvania.” Both attorneys are members of the Land Use & Zoning, Litigation, Municipal Law, and Real Estate practice groups at Eastburn and Gray. For nearly 20 years, Mr. Savona has served as solicitor to numerous municipalities and government agencies across the State of Pennsylvania. Ms. McGowan handles Pennsylvania and New Jersey residential and commercial real estate matters, including sales and acquisitions, and easements and declarations.
Robert R. Watson, Jr., Esquire will present, “Payment Bonds, the Prompt Payment Act and Responding to Lien Claims: Practical Responses to Contractors’ Favorite Weapons.” Mr. Watson practices in Construction, Litigation and Municipal Law. His experience includes work with large and small contractors, subcontractors and suppliers, municipalities, municipal authorities, developers, public utilities, school districts and individuals.
