Zachary A. Sivertsen, Esq. Secures Zoning Approvals for Nonconforming Contracting Use
Zachary A. Sivertsen, Esq. obtained conditional use approval from the New Britain Township Board of Supervisors and special exception approval from the New Britain Township Zoning Hearing Board to convert a lawfully nonconforming warehouse use and truck terminal use to a nonconforming contracting use with outside storage areas in New Britain Township’s WS Watershed zoning district.
Mr. Sivertsen practices land use and zoning, real estate, litigation, construction, and municipal law at Eastburn and Gray. He has appeared on behalf of clients before zoning hearing boards, municipal governing bodies, courts of common pleas, and the Pennsylvania Commonwealth Court in land development matters, applications for zoning variances, and zoning appeals.
A graduate of Cornell University and Temple University’s Beasley School of Law, Mr. Sivertsen has been selected by peers for inclusion as a “Rising Star” in Pennsylvania Super Lawyers magazine in the area of land use and zoning law for the past three years.
