Biography
Brandon is an attorney in the firm’s Litigation practice group, where he focuses on disputes involving real estate, land use, and property development, as well as general commercial disputes. He has extensive experience both defending and prosecuting litigation, and he uses creative and cost-effective strategies to help clients achieve their goals.
He spent the first seven years of his career at prominent Philadelphia-area law firms where he litigated large-scale environmental, land use, regulatory, and commercial matters on behalf of major corporate and industrial clients in state courts, federal courts, and administrative tribunals around the country.
A Bucks County native and current resident, Brandon transitioned to Eastburn & Gray in order to develop a more regionally grounded and community oriented practice representing a variety of clients, including small- to medium-sized businesses, individuals, and municipalities.
Representative experience
- Represented seller of industrial property in connection with real estate litigation brought by prospective purchaser seeking court order to force sale of property
- Prosecuted property damage claims by natural gas utility against construction firm that rerouted river flow and caused damage to utility infrastructure
- Defended pipeline company in trespass and nuisance lawsuit brought by residential landowner alleging pipeline crossed over his property boundary
- Prosecuted claims against municipality and state agency by residential landowner whose property was repeatedly flooded as a result of highway stormwater discharge
- Obtained favorable ruling from state appellate court invalidating land use and environmental permits issued to port facility and remanding case to administrative body
- Prepared legal briefing in administrative challenge seeking to invalidate new state regulatory framework concerning transfer of industrial property
- Defended real estate agent sued by her own clients in connection with structural defects discovered in residential property
- Secured favorable recovery from insurance company on behalf of manufacturer that discovered on-site environmental contamination caused by prior facility owner
- Defended hospital network in connection with state regulatory investigation following accidental discharge of chemical compounds from medical facility
- Obtained favorable settlement on behalf of residential tenants in lawsuit filed against landlord in connection with significant mold contamination found in residence
Education
Brandon earned his law degree, magna cum laude, from Temple University Beasley School of Law in Philadelphia, PA where he graduated in the top 10% of his class and served as Managing Editor of the Temple Law Review. He earned his undergraduate degrees in Economics (B.S.) and Political Science (B.A.) from Penn State University.
