Four For Four
On July 12, Marc D. Jonas, Esq. successfully obtained four zoning approvals from the Hatfield Township Zoning Hearing Board. The zoning hearing board heard and granted four applications. All of the applicants were represented by Mr. Jonas. One application was for a new Aldi grocery store at the Ralph’s Corner Shopping Center, and the other three will pave the way for four new flex-space warehouses on Sterling Drive.
Among his notable accomplishments, Mr. Jonas was named 2018 Lawyer of the Year for Litigation in Land Use and Zoning Law in the Philadelphia area and 2017 Lawyer of the Year for Land Use and Zoning Law in the Philadelphia area by Best Lawyers in America®.
