Rothman Institute Receives Approval from Upper Moreland Township Zoning Hearing Board
The Rothman Institute received zoning hearing board approval from the Upper Moreland Township Zoning Hearing Board on April 27, 2017 for significant renovations of the medical office building located at 2400 Maryland Road in Willow Grove. The renovations will increase the number of physician exam rooms from 21 to 40.
The Rothman Institute was represented by Marc D. Jonas, Esquire, and Michael E. Peters, Esquire, from the Blue Bell office of Eastburn and Gray. The Rothman Institute merged with the long-time orthopaedic specialty practice located at this property. In 1993, Mr. Jonas was successful in representing the orthopaedic practice in obtaining a number of variances permitting a medical office use at the property, in addition to variances relating to parking, impervious and building coverages, and signage.
