Derek J. Reid

Biography

Derek Reid began his practice at Eastburn & Gray as a clerk during the summer of 1971. His practice has been centered in business, primarily in transactional, finance and real estate aspects, but also including personal and personnel matter representation. Long standing, local clients are suburban school districts, manufacturing and service corporations, and financial institutions.

Derek serves on the management committee of the firm.

Derek is a member of the Bucks County and Pennsylvania Bar Associations.

Derek is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

Education

Derek received his undergraduate degree in English from Penn State University, with Distinction, accompanied by membership in Phi Beta Kappa. He received his law degree from Columbia Law School.
