Blue Bell Office Involved in Montgomery Bar Association in 2013

Marc D. Jonas has been reappointed as Chair of the Real Estate Committee, a position that he has proudly held since 2000. Jonas is Chief Executive Office and co-Chair of the firm’s Land Use and Zoning practice group. He is recognized by his peers as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer and by U.S. News and World Report as a 2013 “Best Lawyer in America” in both land use and zoning law and land use and zoning litigation.
Mark S. Cappuccio has been appointed to the Judicial Committee. The Judiciary Committee of the Montgomery Bar Association is charged with interviewing and rating judicial candidates for the Court of Common Pleas of Montgomery County. Cappuccio is a shareholder and member of the firm’s Land Use and Zoning, Litigation, Real Estate and Tax Assessment Appeals practice groups.
Robert R. Watson, Jr., a former director of the Montgomery Bar Association has been reappointed as Co-Chair of for the Sidebar Committee, which publishes a quarterly magazine for MBA Members. Watson was also named Vice-Chair of the Construction and Public Contract Law Committee. Watson is an attorney in the firm’s Construction Law, Litigation and Municipal Law practice groups.
