Cappuccio Elected to Judiciary Committee of the Montgomery Bar Association
Mark S. Cappuccio has been elected to the Judiciary Committee of the Montgomery Bar Association. Cappuccio is a Shareholder in the firm’s Land Use and Zoning, Litigation, Real Estate and Tax Assessment Appeals practice groups.
The Judiciary Committee of the Montgomery Bar Association is charged with interviewing and rating candidates for the position of Judge on the Court of Common Pleas. Each judicial candidate is evaluated individually and not as compared to other candidates. The purpose of the ratings is to educate the public as to how the candidates’ peers view them as potential judges, and to assist voters in their evaluation of judicial candidates on Election Day.
“I am both honored and elated to be selected as a Member of this Committee,” said Mark.
This committee is composed of more than thirty lawyers of diverse background, ages, practices and geographic areas of Montgomery County. Committee members are elected by the members of the Bar Association which numbers more than 2,100 county lawyers. The collective legal experience of the Committee members is nearly 1,000 years.
