Divorce Workshop for Women Hosted by Eastburn and Gray – April 2024
Eastburn and Gray will host a divorce workshop (Zoom option available upon request) on April 17 2024. The seminar will cover legal, emotional and financial issues associated with divorce.
Eastburn and Gray attorney, Kim Litzke, will speak and discuss the legal aspects of the divorce process, the costs involved, and alternatives to litigation, including mediation and collaborative law. Topics will include equitable distribution of assets, alimony, child support, spousal support and child custody.
Ms. Litzke is a Shareholder, member of the Management Committee and Chair of the Family Law practice group at Eastburn and Gray. She handles a wide varity of complex family law and domestic relations issues including divorce, custody, child and spousal support, protection from abuse, alimony, and equitable distribution. Ms. Litzke works with clients throughout all phases of the legal process, from negotiation to trial.
