Eastburn and Gray, P.C. Welcomes Henry E. Van Blunk, Esquire
Eastburn and Gray announces the addition of attorney Henry (“Hank”) E. Van Blunk to the Business and Corporate and Wills, Trusts and Estates practice groups at Eastburn and Gray.
For more than 20 years, Hank has represented clients in banking, gaming, health care, home building and commercial building, construction, technologies and manufacturing industries. His practice emphasizes corporate law, labor law, banking law, real estate law, estate planning and administration.
Hank assists clients with initial formation, financing, employment issues, acquisitions and sales, liquor license issues, shareholder agreements, succession planning, banking work outs and litigation. He has also served as bond counsel, disclosure counsel, and underwriter’s counsel in connection with issuance of debt obligations by municipal governments, agencies, authorities and school districts. Hank’s background will expand both the firm’s banking and labor practice areas.

Hank received his J.D. and his M.B.A. from Widener University School of Law in 1993, and his B.S. from the Pennsylvania State University in 1990.
