Eastburn and Gray is proud to support the Pennsylvania Bar Association (PBA) Civil Litigation Section Retreat. This year’s meeting will be held from April 21, 2023 through April 23, 2023 at the Hershey Hotel in Hershey, PA.
The conference will cover many timely topics related to litigation in Pennsylvania. Panel discussions and presentations by judicial and private practice practitioners will discuss effective presentations in the ADR process, diversity and inclusion in civil litigation, recent decisions that may affect clients and how we practice of law, practice tips in the “new normal”, security in the courtroom, and much more.
The PBA Section on Civil Litigation aims to further the development of the law and procedures related to civil litigation; to stimulate and extend the study of these fields of the law; to cooperate in obtaining uniformity with respect to both legislation and administration in all matters concerning the law and procedures related to civil litigation; and to simplify and improve the application of justice in these fields of law.
