Eastburn and Gray Attorneys Speak at PSATS Conference
Marc D. Jonas, Esq. and Mark S. Cappuccio, Esq. will participate as instructors at a Pennsylvania State Association of Township Solicitors (PSATS) seminar on November 1, 2013. This is an all-day educational seminar for Pennsylvania township solicitors. Mr. Jonas and Mr. Cappuccio will discuss land use and tax assessment litigation issues and their importance to the role of the township solicitor.
Mr. Jonas is co-chair of Eastburn and Gray’s real estate and land use and zoning practice group. He serves as Solicitor to Kennett Square Borough, Narberth Borough, and Marlborough Township; and as Solicitor to the Zoning Hearing Boards of Upper Merion, Towamencin, and Lower Salford Townships. He has extensive experience in real estate, land use, and municipal law, representing individuals, businesses, and municipalities. Mr. Jonas is Board Chair of the Montgomery County Planning Commission.
Mr. Cappuccio is an experienced civil trial attorney with an extensive background in commercial litigation, real estate, zoning, condemnation and tax assessment law. He represents individuals, businesses and municipalities in a variety of real estate matters including land use, zoning and condemnation cases. He serves as the solicitor to Lower Milford Township.
