Grace M. Deon, Esq. Speaks at Central Bucks Chamber of Commerce Event
Grace M. Deon, Esq. was a guest speaker at the Central Bucks Chamber of Commerce Women in Business Committee meeting on October 15, 2025. The seminar was entitled, “Hot Topics in Employment Law” and covered various employment law and business topics including discrimination, hostile workplace, discrimination/harassment, performance improvement plans, employee evaluations, FMLA, and ADA accommodations.
Ms. Deon is a Shareholder, President and CEO of Eastburn and Gray, PC and her law practice includes Employment, Commercial and Special Education litigation. A resident of Northampton Township and a past President of the Bucks County Bar Association, Ms. Deon is the first woman to lead a major law firm headquartered in Bucks County. She has been an attorney with the firm for more than 30 years and served on its management committee for more than 10 years.
