J. Bryan Tuk, Esquire Joins Eastburn and Gray
Eastburn and Gray, P.C. is proud to announce the addition of J. Bryan Tuk to the firm’s Business and Corporate Law and Banking Law practice groups. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Tuk was a Shareholder at one of the largest law firms in the Lehigh Valley.
Mr. Tuk advises clients on the acquisition of finance and credit, corporate law issues, banking and commercial lending law, and the sale and acquisition of businesses and commercial properties. He has significant experience in representing national, regional and community lenders and borrowers in commercial loan transactions. Mr. Tuk has advised clients on hundreds of transactions with an aggregate deal value of over $2.7BB.
Mr. Tuk also provides a broad range of legal services to clients involved in the creation, production and management of creative works. He understands the specific needs of the entertainment industry, including copyright law, music publishing and media matters. He has advised actors, record labels, recording artists, recording studios, songwriters, producers, record labels and music industry entrepreneurs.
Mr. Tuk is a voting member of The Recording Academy, which is internationally known for the GRAMMY Awards.
Mr. Tuk received his J.D. from Temple University School of Law in 2000, where he was a Senior Note/Comment Editor for the Temple Political and Civil Rights Law Review. He received his B.S. in Business Management from West Chester University in 1996.
