Joanne D. Sommer, Esq. Speaks at Rider University
Joanne D. Sommer, Esq. was a guest lecturer at Rider University’s Graduate School of Education. Her presentation to graduate students in school psychology and behavioral analysis covered the legal analysis of psychoeducational evaluations and the role of the psychologist at special education Due Process Hearings.
Ms. Sommer is a member of Eastburn and Gray’s Education and School Law section, as well as the Employment and Discrimination and Litigation practice areas. She has represented school districts in special education matters for more than 31 years and currently serves as special education counsel to several Pennsylvania school districts.
