Judy Hayman, Esq. Presents at PBI’s Family Law Institute October 2020
Judy Hayman, Esq. presented a CLE to the Pennsylvania Bar Institute’s annual Family Law Institute on October 27, 2020. Her seminar, “Creative Use of Retirement Assets and Primer on the Range of Atypical Retirement Assets,” discussed ways to obtain child support from retirement assets in situations where there is no income to attach.
Ms. Hayman is a Shareholder in the Doylestown office of Eastburn and Gray, PC. She focuses her practice on all family law-related matters including: child custody, divorce, equitable distribution, pre-nuptial agreements, property settlement agreements, protection from abuse, and child support. Ms. Hayman regularly litigates matters related to divorce, custody and support on behalf of her clients and is a trained mediator, collaborative divorce attorney and parenting coordinator. She is a member of the Bucks County Bar Association and the Pennsylvania Bar Association, and she is affiliated with the Family Law sections of each association. Ms. Hayman received her bachelor’s degree in American Studies from the University of Delaware and her law degree from Temple University Beasley School of Law.
