Julie L. Von Spreckelsen, Esq. Secures Land Development Plan Approval On Behalf of Abington Jefferson Health
On May 2, 2016, Julie L. Von Spreckelsen, Esq. successfully secured land development plan approval allowing construction to proceed on a state of the art 85,556 square foot Cancer Center at Abington Jefferson Health’s medical outpatient campus in Upper Moreland Township. The Cancer Center will include onsite care as well as serenity gardens and an internal walking path for patients and their loved ones.
Earlier, Ms. Von Spreckelsen represented Abington Jefferson Health in successfully obtaining a zoning ordinance text and map amendment and conditional use approval for the same project.
