Marc D. Jonas, Esq. and Julie L. Von Spreckelsen, Esq. Represent Residents in Contentious Delaware County Land Use Battle

Marc D. Jonas, Esq. and Julie L. Von Spreckelsen, Esq., represent three residents in an appeal challenging the Concord Township Board of Supervisors approval of a subdivision and land development application along the Pennsylvania-Delaware state line.

The plan includes adding 160 homes on more than 230 acres in Beaver Valley. An excerpt from the 40-page appeal states, “The township approval capriciously disregarded regulations of its own ordinances in approving an application with 7 zoning ordinance violations, 31 subdivision and land development ordinance violations, 14 stormwater management ordinance violations, 4 waivers from the subdivision and land development requirements, and 43 separate deferrals of mandatory preliminary plan requirements.”

The project remains in jeopardy until there is a decision from the Court of Common Pleas.
