Marc D. Jonas, Esq., Obtains Land Development Approval For 16-acre New Britain Township Industrial Site
The New Britain Township Board of Supervisors granted preliminary land development plan approval to Naplin One Limited Partnership, represented by Marc D. Jonas, Esq., and Zachary A. Sivertsen, Esq., from the Blue Bell law offices of Eastburn and Gray.
The approval will permit the development of a 120,000 square foot, one-story warehouse building on the 16+ acre County Line Road site. Mr. Jonas previously obtained approval from the New Britain Township Zoning Hearing Board to allow a 40-foot high industrial building. The developer is a related entity of Nappen & Associates which has been developing, constructing, leasing, and managing light industrial facilities for 45 years throughout Bucks and Montgomery Counties.
