Marc D. Jonas, Esq., Obtains Zoning Approval for Conversion of Cheltenham Tennis Facility into Indoor/Outdoor Soccer Center
SOFIVE soccer is coming to East Church Road in Cheltenham as a result of a zoning hearing board application granted by the Cheltenham Township Zoning Hearing Board. The application, submitted by Marc D. Jonas, Esq., asked the zoning hearing board to grant zoning relief for a residentially zoned property which has been used for years as the Fossler’s Cheltenham Tennis Center. Mr. Jonas, with the assistance of Michael E. Peters, Esq., obtained the approval needed to permit conversion of the tennis center into a soccer facility as the continuation of a lawful, non-conforming use. The zoning relief granted by the zoning hearing board also included the modification of certain conditions previously imposed by the zoning hearing board.
