Mr. Jonas, co-chair of Eastburn and Gray’s land use group, has extensive experience in real estate, land use, municipal law, and zoning matters, representing individuals, businesses, and municipalities.
Mr. Jonas’ peers have recognized him as a Pennsylvania “Super Lawyer,” and he has been selected by U.S. News as a “Best Lawyer” in both Land Use and Zoning Law and Land Use and Zoning litigation for the Philadelphia Metropolitan area. He serves as solicitor to Kennett Square Borough and Narberth Borough; and as solicitor to the Zoning Hearing Boards of Towamencin, Lower Salford, and Upper Merion townships.
