Mark S. Cappuccio, Esq. was appointed to the Judiciary Committee at the Montgomery Bar Association. In this capacity, he is charged with interviewing and rating candidates for the position of judge on the Court of Common Pleas.
Mr. Cappuccio is a Shareholder at Eastburn and Gray, P.C. in Pennsylvania, and is the Chair of the firm’s tax assessment appeals group. He is an experienced civil trial attorney with an extensive background in tax assessment law, commercial litigation, real estate, zoning, and condemnation. He represents individuals, businesses and municipalities in a variety of real estate matters including land use, zoning and condemnation cases. He serves as the solicitor to Lower Milford and Marlborough Townships.
