Mark S. Cappuccio, Esq. Returns to Montgomery County Association of Realtors® for Tax Assessment Appeals Seminar
Mark S. Cappuccio, Esq. returned to the Montgomery County Association of Realtors, Inc. (MCAR) on July 7, 2015 to present a seminar on tax assessment appeals. Following a presentation in June, MCAR requested a repeat seminar due to high demand. The seminar included discussion about the appeals process before the Board of Assessment, valuation methods, evidence, and appeals to court. Mr. Cappuccio regularly represents clients in real estate matters with an emphasis in litigation, tax assessment, real estate and zoning.
