Mark S. Cappuccio, Esq. to Speak at IPT Conference
Mark S. Cappuccio, Esq. will speak at the 2016 Property Tax Symposium, presented by the Institute for Professionals in Taxation (IPT) in Tucscon, Arizona on November 14, 2016. The seminar is entitled, “When the Going Gets Tough, IPT Attorneys Get Tougher” and will cover topics such as constitutional challenges being made in the property tax area and litigating property tax assessment cases before local boards and on appeal.
Mr. Cappuccio is a Shareholder and Chair of the Tax Assessment Appeals practice at Eastburn and Gray, P.C. in Pennsylvania. He is an experienced civil trial attorney with an extensive background in the areas of tax assessment appeals, commercial litigation, real estate, and condemnation. He has a wide breadth of industry knowledge in tax assessment matters and has litigated complex commercial and industrial appeals at all levels including local boards of assessment, and before trial and appellate courts.
