Mark S. Cappuccio, Esq. was reappointed Solicitor of the Board of Supervisors and the Planning Commission of Lower Milford Township, Lehigh County. Mr. Cappuccio has served in this capacity since 2009. Established in 1853, Lower Milford Township is a Second Class Township located in the Southwestern corner of Lehigh County, PA.
Mark S. Cappuccio is a shareholder at Eastburn and Gray where he practices tax assessment law, commercial litigation, real estate, and zoning and land use law.
