Robert R. Watson, Esq. to Speak at PA FED Fall Conference
Robert R. Watson, Jr., Esq., a Shareholder in the firm’s Construction Law practice group and a member of the firm’s management committee, will serve as faculty at the Fall Conference of the Pennsylvania Association of Fire Equipment Distributors (PaFED) in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania on September 27, 2018. Mr. Watson’s seminar will cover Pennsylvania’s public and private construction payment acts including the 2018 amendments.
With nearly 20 years of experience representing clients from all aspects of the construction industry, Mr. Watson is a frequent lecturer on construction law-related topics. In 2016, he was selected to work with Pennsylvania officials to launch the Pennsylvania State Construction Notices Directory website, which provides some additional protections under the Mechanics’ Lien Law.
PaFED was founded in 1988 by several fire extinguisher professionals who saw the need for a professional organization.
