Robert R. Watson, Jr. Serves as Faculty at ABC Webinar
Robert R. Watson, Jr., Esq., a Shareholder in the firm’s Construction Law practice group and a member of the firm’s management committee, served as faculty at ABC Eastern PA’s webinar, Legal & Contractual Issues in Construction, on May 26, 2020. His topic was part of the year-long Emerging Contractors series presented by the Chapter. Mr. Watson’s program covered ways to avoid the pitfalls of construction contracting, project issues and payment concerns. This program guided attendees through the entire process of contract development to better understand important contract provisions and how to properly document project conditions to minimize the risk of devastating financial loss.
With nearly 20 years of experience representing clients from all aspects of the construction industry, Mr. Watson is a frequent lecturer on construction law-related topics. In 2018, Eastburn and Gray was honored to be named the Chapter’s Associate Member of the Year.
