Two Eastburn and Gray Attorneys Speak at PBI Seminar
Marc D. Jonas, Esq. and Michael J. Savona, Esq. served as faculty members at a Pennsylvania Bar Institute continuing legal education program in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, on August 6, 2013. The seminar was entitled “A Day on Real Estate.” Mr. Jonas discussed court-ordered stipulations in land use litigation. Mr. Savona covered topics related to ethics in zoning and land use law.
Mr. Jonas is Co-chair of Eastburn and Gray’s real estate and land use and zoning practice groups. He has extensive experience in real estate, municipal law, and land use and zoning matters, representing individuals, businesses, institutions, non-profit organizations and municipalities. Mr. Jonas also serves as Chairman of the Board of the Montgomery County Planning Commission.
Mr. Savona’s practice includes land use & zoning, litigation, municipal law, and real estate law. For nearly 20 years, he has served as solicitor to numerous municipalities and government agencies across the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
