Two Eastburn and Gray Attorneys to Speak at PBI’s Annual Real Estate Institute

Two Eastburn and Gray attorneys will serve as faculty members at PBI’s 18th Annual Real Estate Institute on Thursday, December 4, 2014 at the Pennsylvania Convention Center in Philadelphia.

Marc D. Jonas, Esq. will present a seminar “Void ab initio and Other Current Land Use Trends” with the Honorable Robert B. Simpson of the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania and Justice Emeritus William H. Lamb of Lamb McErlane PC. Mr. Jonas has extensive experience in real estate, land use, municipal law, and zoning matters, representing individuals, businesses, and municipalities. He is a frequent lecturer and has served for years as Chairman of the Montgomery Bar Association Real Estate Committee, a committee of practitioners in the areas of municipal, land use, and real estate law.

Robert R. Watson, Jr., Esq. will present, “The Mechanics of Mechanics’ Liens in PA – What They Are and How to Best Defend Against Them.” Mr. Watson practices in Construction, Litigation and Municipal Law. His experience includes work with large and small contractors, subcontractors and suppliers, municipalities, municipal authorities, developers, public utilities, school districts and individuals.
