Jean Keeler is an attorney in the Business and Corporate Law practice group at Eastburn and Gray.
Prior to joining the firm, Jean spent nearly 25 years working in the healthcare industry where she served in various leadership positions. Initially, Jean was the Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Grand View Health where she provided leadership and oversight for all legal affairs of the Board of Trustees and the administrative and clinical departments. In 2012, following a national search, Jean was named President and CEO of Grand View Hospital. Under Jean’s leadership the name was changed to Grand View Health and its mission, vision and values were all revised to more accurately reflect the role of Grand View in the Upper Bucks and Montgomery county communities.

Jean guided the hospital during the first year and a half of the COVID pandemic, establishing protocols to care for the community and establishing vaccine clinics to vaccinate community residents when the vaccines became available.
Her business experience includes the negotiation of commercial real estate agreements as well as professional employment agreements and practice purchases; tax compliance issues related to exempt and non-exempt organizations; maintaining tax exempt status; health information and privacy services; corporate governance; fiduciary duties; managing conflicts of interest; corporate transactions; the formation of for profit and nonprofit subsidiaries; corporate strategic planning and human resources and executive compensation related matters.
Earlier in her career, Jean worked in private practice on matters related to litigation and business law. She began her legal career in the Bucks County District Attorney’s office.
Jean is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, the American Bar Association and the Bucks County Bar Association.
She was a member of the Hospital and Health System Association of Pennsylvania (“HAP”) where she serves on the HAP Governance Committee. She was also a member of the American Hospital Association.
Pennsylvania and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
Jean received her J.D., magna cum laude, from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law and her B.S. from DeSales University.
