Eastburn and Gray PC Elects New Shareholders
Eastburn and Gray, P.C. is pleased to announce that Michael E. Peters and Michael T. Pidgeon have been elected shareholders of the firm effective January 1, 2019.
Mr. Peters represents municipalities in Bucks and Montgomery Counties, as well as private commercial and residential clients before zoning hearing boards and municipal governing bodies in land development and zoning matters. He has appeared in courts of common pleas throughout the Commonwealth and Commonwealth Court in land use and municipal law litigation and appeals. He serves as General Counsel to the Pennsylvania State Tax Collectors Association. Mr. Peters is a graduate of The Pennsylvania State University and The George Washington University Law School.
Mr. Pidgeon litigates business and estate cases in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, where he has extensive experience representing clients at the trial and appellate levels in state and federal courts. These matters include contract litigation, shareholder disputes involving breach of fiduciary duty and fraud, actions seeking equitable relief, cases involving real property or commercial leases, and employment restrictive covenant and trade secret cases. He also represents executors and other interested parties in will contests, estate insolvencies, and other estate and probate litigation. Mr. Pidgeon is a graduate of Washington & Lee University and received his J.D. from its law school in 2004. He also obtained a Certificate in Estate Planning from Temple University, James E. Beasley School of Law.
