Grace M. Deon, Esq. Appointed Member of PBA Legal Services for Exceptional Children Committee
Grace M. Deon, Esq. was recently appointed as a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association Legal Services for Exceptional Children Committee. Ms. Deon, by appointment, chaired the Committee from 2011-2015. In that capacity, she oversaw one of the preeminent statewide conferences in the area of special education. She was honored in May of 2015 with a PBA Special Achievement Award for her efforts supervising this Committee. In 2018 and 2019, she was again appointed a member of the committee.
Ms. Deon is a shareholder and member of Eastburn and Gray’s management committee. Her practice focuses on Employment, Commercial and Special Education litigation. She previously served as the President of the Bucks County Bar Association.
The PBA Legal Services for Exceptional Children Committee was established to develop programs designed to educate members of the legal profession on current legislation and/or regulations affecting exceptional children and their families. The committee studies, reviews and makes recommendations concerning legislation or regulations that affect exceptional children and their families.
