Marc D. Jonas, Esq., Obtains Land Development Approval in Horsham for Liberty Urgent Care of Pennsylvania
Marc D. Jonas, Esq., obtained final land development approval from the Horsham Township Council for an urgent care facility located at the Horsham Commons office development on Horsham Road in Horsham Township, Montgomery County.
Previously, Mr. Jonas had obtained zoning relief from the zoning hearing board, followed by preliminary land development approval for the property located at 401-407 Horsham Road, which is located in 2 zoning districts: a residential district and an office/professional use.
Mr. Jonas, along with Michael E. Peters, Esq., secured final land development approval in just over 2 months, working closely with the Horsham Township staff.
